Usage:

Curing agent for vinyl silicon rubber. Have little sensitivity of acid, but the rubber materials should be controlled at the

specific PH value. Its temperature of vulcanization needs to be up to of **0 — **0 °C ,

this value is high ,compared with various peroxides. Its half-life is the longest , but the anti-scorching

ability is excellent. Its vulcanization should be adopted press vulcanization technology to avoid porosity.

The smell of the vulcanized product is subtle. This product has high vapor pressure, volatilizes easily, and should be used after absorbed by molecular sieve.

Storage:

Ditert-butyl Peroxide(DTBP) is volatile and flammable, so its storage should be pressure-tight

and avoiding fire. Store and carry as organic peroxide. Recommended storage temperature below *5°C.

Storage stability as from date of delivery 6 months.
